To beat candida you must first cleanse the system using the Healthy Starter Pack together with Liquid Chlorophyll. This will make sure you start with clean intestines as it removes all sticky putrefying material from the colon. Many people experience an immediate improvement in the way they feel after using this, but take care not to think your troubles are over. You MUST follow this by recolonising the bowel with good bacteria in the form of Probiotics and not encourage regrowth with eating the wrong foods, or you will need to start all over again.

As well as repopulating the gut with 'good' bacteria, take anti-fungal herbs to prevent the candida regrowing, boost the immune system to help fight future infestations, and take B Vitamins which enable the 'good' bacteria to grow.

Firstly, tackle your diet. AVOID not reduce ALL sugar foods and anything with sugar in it. This includes dried fruit, sucrose, glucose, lactose, fructose and all sugar derivatives. Take a careful look at canned and packaged foods including processed meat products for sugar is added to many packaged foods to make them more palatable.

Avoid all yeast products. Yeast is in bread of course, but don't forget wine, whisky, beer and other alcoholic drinks. Soy sauce, pickles, vinegar, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise and salad dressings.

Because there is a close relation of other moulds and yeast to the candida yeast it would also be advisable to avoid foods such as cheese and cheese products, buttermilk, sour milk, mushrooms, peanuts and pistachios. Unfresh fruit may be contaminated by mould and brought ready sprouted grains also. Tea and coffee are also suspect. As milk contains lactose, avoid all dairy products and use soya instead.

It is suggested that you start by being very restrictive with your diet, by eating only fresh vegetables, fish and organic free range poultry and meat, with a little carbohydrate in the form of pulses, rice or potatoes, but too much carbohydrate may encourage the growth of candida so take care at first. Cold pressed olive oil is good because it contains the fatty acid oleic acid, and can be used for cooking or even taken orally (1 tablespoon in a little fruit juice).

Garlic should be used daily either in supplement form or in the diet. Also onions and leeks should be eaten regularly. Anti-fungal supplements, such as Caprylic Acid, should also be taken daily.

To balance the bacteria in the gut, apart from taking Probiotic capsules, you should eat live yogurt. Also fermented vegetables such as real sauerkraut obtainable from any good health food store.

Tea Tree Oil can be used for douching of mouth, throat or vagina if these are infected. It has a very strong effect on skin fungi. It is quite safe and will not irritate. Aloe Vera juice also has anti-fungal properties and is soothing to the gut.

Follow the programme overleaf diligently. I know it sounds tough but you soon get used to eating this way, add foods back one at a time to see if you can maintain a broader diet and cleanse and recolonise every 3 months after you are stable .

SUGGESTED DIET - Follow Candida Control Diet without exception for 14 days after finishing the cleanse. Then carefully add foods back in the following order, noting if any of these foods cause another outbreak.

1. Yeast and Yeast Foods

2. Milk and Dairy products (unless you are intolerant of milk)

3. Honey, maple syrup, sugar should be used sparingly only.

You will quickly learn what your tolerance to these foods is and how much of them you can take.
